Subject of depositions: Divers sums of money received by Sir Edward Frodingham, of South Frodingham otherwise Frothingham, from Sir Robert Constable (then esq), and from Edward Blacklock, of Bridlington, gent, and William Vavisor, of Gisboro', to the use of William Webster (plaintiff's father), and a bond given by Edward Frodingham to plaintiff for the money. Forfeiture of the bond and extent by plaintiff upon his lands. Touching grant by Frodingham and Christopher his son, of lands in the parish of Outhorne alias Seathorne, to defendant, and of his manor of Frodingham (Yorkshire), to John Lyster.
