Description

Short title: Typper v Adams.

Plaintiff(s): William Typper.

Defendant(s): Susan Adams.

Subject of depositions: Bond given by Theophilus Adams, deceased, (late husband of defendant), Henry Darrell and Barnaby Gooch, gentlemen, to Sir Edward Dyer and plaintiff, for the payment of certain monies. And a lease taken by Theophilus in the name of William Kelton, of houses in London, from the late Queen. Whether the lease of Folkingham (Lincoln?), was made over to the Earl of Lincoln.

County/place: London; Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 10 May 1610.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 5 June 1610 at the Questhouse, Holborn, certificate dated 24 June 1610.
