Description

Short title: Smithier v Connock.

Plaintiff(s): William Smithier.

Defendant(s): John Connock, customer of the port of Plymouth.

Subject of depositions: Fifteen puncheons of gunpowder delivered to John Lucas, of Saltash, merchant, to be transported into Spain. In what ships and by what authority taken. Weight and value of same; whether theywere worth more in England than in Spain. Touching the general execution by him of the office of customer.
