Description

Short title: Buckner v Hastings.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Buckner, Robert Bullock.

Defendant(s): Simon Hastings.

Subject of depositions: Distress taken by plaintiffs upon lands in the Lawn Field for 15ths; are they called the Wheat Lands; are they in the manor of Yelford Hastings, and tything thereof, and in the parish of Bampton, in the royalty of the Earl of Shrewsbury, and payable for the 15ths of Bampton?.

County/place: Oxfordshire.

Date of commission: 21 May 1610.
