Description

Short title: Ritherch v Thomas.

Plaintiff(s): John Ritherch.

Defendant(s): Thomas John Thomas.

Subject of depositions: Lordships of Llanstephan and Penryn, granted by Queen Elizabeth to James Ritherch and Elinor his wife, at a reserved rent of £15 19s 2½d. Encroachment by defendant on woods, etc. Metes and bounds.

County/place: Carmarthenshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1610.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 20 April 1610 at the Shirehall, certificate dated 22 April 1610.
