Description

Short title: Neale v Brooke.

Plaintiff(s): George Neale.

Defendant(s): Sir Robert Brooke and John Archdale.

Subject of depositions: Parcel of land in Dersham, called "The King's Allonds "; whether in the manor of Dersham Hall or Dersham Rectory, and lands in Yoxford also called "The King's Allonds" both in the hundred of Blything; whether the "Allands" in Yoxford are parcel of the lands of Sir Robert Broke, formerly belonging to Sir Owen Hopton, knight, and since to Sir Arthur Hopton, knight. What rent has been paid to the steward of the hundred for same? Survey.
