Description

Short title: Somerset v Williams.

Plaintiff(s): Charles Somerset, Valentine Prichard, Moore Gwillims.

Defendant(s): Peter Williams, Thomas Powell.

Subject of depositions: Payment of prisage, butlerage, and impost of wines in the various ports of Wales, and the shipping belonging to the six shires of South Wales. Metes and bounds of the shires.

County/place: Pembrokeshire.

Date of commission: 11 February 1610.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 2 April 1610 at Haverfordwest.
