Description

Short title: Neale v Archdall.

Plaintiff(s): George Neale.

Defendant(s): John Archdall, Sir Robert Brooke.

Subject of depositions: Piece of ground called "Alonds" otherwise "The King's Allanes" in Yoxford and Darsham; whether parcel of the manor of Dersham otherwise Darsham; whether 10s per annum has been paid therefore to the hundred of Blything by the defendant and his predecessors, owners of the manor of Cockfild, and of other lands in Yoxford and Dersham; whether "the King's Allonds" in Yoxford were lately in the possession of Sir Owen Hopton, kt, and after of Sir Arthur Hopton his son. Metes and bounds. Survey.
