Description

Short title: Pitt v Atwood.

Plaintiff(s): William Pitt.

Defendant(s): Andrew Atwood.

Subject of depositions: Manor and farm of Weston, near Bath, the "down" called Haynedowne otherwise Heathendowne otherwise Heavendowne, Also touching a pasture called Otelands, found by inquisition of 20 Eliz, to be concealed land. Metes and bounds. Right of common. Customs of manor. Survey. [The chapel and farm of Lansdowne, Robert Aprice, farmer of Weston, Hugh Ridge, and John Harrington, are mentioned].

County/place: Somerset.
