Custom of "suit and grist" to the King's mills by the inhabitants of Tinmouth, North Sheels, Hallowell, Newsom, Hartley, Monkeseton, Whitley, Seighill, Middle-Chirton, East Chirton, Preston, Moreton, Earsden, and Backworth, within the lordship.
