Description

Short title: Lenthall v Deane.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Lenthall, Jonah Tracher, William Ives, and Thomas Grace.

Defendant(s): William Deane, Henry Westwick.

Subject of depositions: Alleged encroachment upon Prestwood Common, in the parish of Great Missenden. Metes and bounds of the parishes of Great Missenden and Stoke Mandeville. 10ths and 15ths. Survey. [The names of Christopher Medcalf, vicar of Great Missenden, and a previous trial between William Dean, now defendant, and William Fleetwood, now knight, ar mentioned].

County/place: Buckinghamshire.

Date of commission: 5 July 1609.
