Plaintiff(s): Nynian Stock, Augustine Metcalf, Francis Lambart, Nynian Metcalf.
Defendant(s): Sir Thomas Metcalf, deputy steward (to Hon. Thomas late Lord Scroop) of said manors.
Subject of depositions: Forest and chace of Wensladale and Raydale, and Cotterdale, parcel thereof, within the manors of Richmond and Midleham. Touching also the township of Bainbridge. Metes and bounds. Composition for tithes with the rectory of Ayskarth. Survey. [The names of Sir James, Sir Christopher James, and John Metcalf, the Master and Fellows of Trinity College (Cambridge), and the four chapels in Aysgarth, in connection with tithes, are mentioned].
