Defendant(s): Thomas Holland, Hugh Williams, Evan Roberts, William ap William ap Robert, Thomas ap Richard ap Lle'n, Richard Williams, Michael ap Hugh, Gwenhoyver verch Thomas, widow.

Subject of depositions: Township of Eskeviog otherwise Skewiock, and lands in Herdreviog, and a water corn-mill in Herdreviog, called Melin Herdreviog, all being parcel of the principality of N. Wales, and gavel or freehold lands called Gaerwen, in Eskeviog. Touching cnstom of suit and service to the mill. Survey. [A grant to Thomas Leighton, John Wynne, Walter Sackville, Sir Richard Bagnall (Marshall of Ireland), Sir Henry Bagnall, Owen Holland, Arthur Bagenall, and the manor of Rossair, Berrow Hill, are mentioned].
