Short title: Mildmay v Cowper.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Thomas Mildmay, John Wood.

Defendant(s): Robert Cowper, John Baseley, John Shreeve, Edward Wickham, Edward Fisher, James Blomfield.

Subject of depositions: Lands called Coldhaugh otherwise Coldhall, in Framlingham, and other lands in Framlingham; whether in the time of Henry VII they were in the possession of Thomas Cowper, Edmund Cowper, John Lowdale, and Thomas Foulser, of Dysse (Norfolk); whether they were employed by the feoffees of the aforesaid for the general and public good of the town of Diss. Survey. [The names of Matthew Baron, Thomas Shardelow, John Ede otherwise Beck, John Fuller otherwise Garblesham, Thomas Collett, Thomas Purchas otherwise Spicer, Thomas Yonger, Edmund Amor, Thomas and Roger Aldred, Thomas Brown, John Lewin, John Allen, and others, feoffees, are mentioned].
