Description

Short title: Butterfield v Lea.

Plaintiff(s): William Butterfield.

Defendant(s): Arthur Lea, William Strayne.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to 16 cottages in the parish of St Lawrence, in Evesham, said to be parcel of the late monastery of Evesham; whether they are concealed lands? whether they belong to the parish in trust for charitable uses. Survey. [The names of William Andrews, Mr Munne, Mr Walker Mr Haynes, and Edward Andrews, are mentioned.] Concealed lands.
