Subject of depositions: Forest of Wensleydale; is it within the township of Bainbridge? Touching the poverty of ground and tenants. Inclosure of part of the forest was 4s 4d paid to the rectory of Ayskerthe by some of the inhabitants within same forest Touching defendant's claim to tithe hay. Four chapels in such forest supported by the inhabitants. What yearly rent is paid by defendant as farmer of the rectory to the Master and Fellows of Trinity College.
