Description

Short title: Roberts v Clarke.

Plaintiff(s): William Roberts otherwise Miller.

Defendant(s): George Clarke and Constance his wife.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage called Angers, and a tenement called Milwards, copyhold of the manor of Dame Ellyns Bury, parcel of the honour of Ampthill. Customs of manor as to inheritance of copyholds. [The names of Henry, and William and John, and Edmund Roberts otherwise Miller, late of Houghton Conquest, Joan and William Skinner, and William Goldsmith, are mentioned].

County/place: Bedfordshire.
