Description

Short title: Rosindale v Holland.

Plaintiff(s): Rowland Rosindale otherwise Lloyd.

Defendant(s): David Holland, Thomas Price, John Evans, Thomas Poole.

Subject of depositions: Sums of money levied by defendants, under-sheriffs of Denbigh, upon the complainant's lands or those of Thomas ap Robert Wynn, of Corvedwen. Did complainant on receiving his rents make allowance for such sums.

County/place: Denbighshire.

Date of commission: 13 February 1609.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 19 April 1609 at Ruthin.
