Description

Short title: Wade v Heveningham.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Wade, Daniel Walters, Michael Baker, and others.

Defendant(s): Sir Arthur Heveningham.

Subject of depositions: Lands called the Millefield, the Nine Acre Close, and the Beef Close, lying in Waxtonham otherwise Waxham, and lands in Horsey, parcel of the extended lands of Sir Henry Wodehouse, knight, crown debtor, and the distraint of plaintiffs' cattle on such lands for a debt of £400 upon a recognizance acknowledged by Sir Henry unto Eustace Tirrell. [The names of Mr Whittell and Ann his wife are mentioned].

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 13 February 1609.
