Subject of depositions: Repair of the ferry called Littleburgh Ferry, across the River Trent, between the towns of Littleburgh (Nottinghamshire) and Marton (Lincolnshire).Touching also the highway called Marton Street, between the parishes of Burton and Marton (Lincolnshire), and Marton Bank. Is the Crown part owner of the ferry. Touching obstruction to landing passengers on Marton Bank. Is the bank in the manor of Stowe, and have not the inhabitants of Marton been amerced in court of the manor by the Right Honourable Chas. Lord Willoughby for not repairing the bank. Touching also other landing places of the ferry.
