Short title: Thrifte v Farrer.

Plaintiff(s): James Thrifte, Thomas Oxley, Henry Crawshaw, John Jenkinson, His Majesty's farmers of the toll, talledge, and stallage of Barnesley.

Defendant(s): Christopher Farrer, John Fotherby.

Subject of depositions: Payment of tolls of fairs and markets in Barnesley by the freemen of Beverley. Former suitsare referred to.
