Description

Short title: Harding v Hardinge.

Plaintiff(s): Alice Harding, widow, and John Harding her son.

Defendant(s): Henry Hardinge.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands, sometime Varnhams, three cottages, and 54 acres of land, parcel of the manor of Hertford, and lately in the possession of John Harding and Agnes his wife. Customs of manor. [The name of Jeremy Harding is mentioned].

County/place: Huntingdonshire.

Date of commission: 13 February 1609.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 26 April 1609 at Huntingdon.
