Short title: Attorney General v Gilbert.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General.

Defendant(s): Adrian Gilbert.

Subject of depositions: Capital messuage and farm of Sandridge, and lands called Blyndwells. Touching grant of same and of defendant's lands in Ashberton to Sir Walter Raleigh, and re-grant by Sir Walter after his attainder, and other transactions between defendant and Sir Walter Raleigh, and Sir John Gilbert. [The names of Elinor Fulford, Andrew Fulford, Thomas Ford, and a suit in Chancery for the farm of Sandridge, between Sir Walter, plaintiff, and Thomas Fulford, Walter English, and Cecilia his wife, defendants, are mentioned].
