Plaintiff(s): James Thryfte, John Jenkinson, Henry Crawshawe, Thomas Oxeley.
Defendant(s): Christopher Farrer, John Fotherby.
Subject of depositions: Right of exemption claimed by defendants (drapers and governors of the town of Beverley) from payment of "toll, talladge, and stalladge" of all clothes, "which they have bought in Barnesley and in other fairs or markets in England." Previous suits are referred to.
County/place: Yorkshire.
