Short title: Dean of the Church of St Peter Westminster v Eyston.

Plaintiff(s): Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St Peter, Westminster.

Defendant(s): William Eyston.

Subject of depositions: Rent of 15s payable for lands in East Hendred, in the occupation of defendant and Jane Arden his mother, said to have been left unpaid for some years by reason of defendant's non-age, he being "in warde to his Ma'tie. ".
