Short title: Pollard v Earl of Huntingdon.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Pollard.

Defendant(s): Rt Hon Henry Earl of Huntingdon, Walter Hastings.

Subject of depositions: Lease of the manor of Lubbesthorpe made by Hen. late Earl of Huntingdon to Matthew Pollard (father of plaintiff), deceased, for the sum of £1,500 and lease back of same to the Earl.
