Description

Short title: Cornwall v Seabright.

Plaintiff(s): Humphrey Cornwall, William Smallman and Alice his wife, John Baker.

Defendant(s): Richard Seabright, Thomas Adams.

Subject of depositions: Grist mills in Lemster otherwise Leominster, farmed of the Crown by plaintiffs, and alleged damage to profits of same by the erection of defendants' mills. Survey.

County/place: Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1608.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 25 January 1609 at Leominster.
