Short title: Woormall v Wentworth.

Plaintiff(s): John Woormall, undersheriff of county of York in the 44th year of Elizabeth.

Defendant(s): William Wentworth, (high sheriff of county of York) in the 44th year of Eliz.

Subject of depositions: Execution of the office of sheriff of York, the arrears in the accounts, and acquittances for debts paid. Survey.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1608.
