Defendant(s): Rt Hon Thomas Lord Scroope, Sir Thomas Metcalf, Christopher Metcalf, John Metcalf, Thomas Metcalf, George Dodsworth.

Subject of depositions: Lordship of Middleham. Touching the offices of the foresters of Kettlewell, Ayskarth, Bishopdale, Radale, Wooton, Stadale,Widdigill, Cotterdale, and Cowgill; whether filled respectively by James Tennant, Christopher Metcalf, Roger Spence, Thomas Metcalf, James Metcalf, Henry Metcalf, and the offices of "Keeping the Carr" in Bishopsdale, the "Park of Woodal" the "Bowbearer of Arkilgarthdale" the "Bowbearer of Wensladale" and the bailiffs of Bainbridge and Worton; whether filled respectively by John Forster, George Metcalf, Sir Timothy Hutton, Matthew Metcalf, Ralph Shayler, and John Metcalf; and whether the fees were paid by the officers of the Crown or the Rt Hon Lord Scroope.
