Short title: Calvert v Kitchin.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Calvert, clerk.

Defendant(s): Matt. Kitchin, clerk, Robert Parkinson.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to the parsonage of Heighsham, the several farmers thereof, its value, and a lease thereof made by Edward Croft (said to have been a recusant) to Robert Parkinson. Survey. [The names of Gabriel Croft, patron, William Thorpe, clerk, and Matthew Kitchen, clerk, incumbents, Roger Sherburne, of the Knott in Chipping, William Swinehurst, William Foxcroft, Richard Synons, clerk, Thomas Calvert, clerk, vicar of Hearsham (Westmorland) (plaintiff), Hen. William and Brian Croft, late of Clawghton, Mr Bradshaw, once parson of the rectory, Sir John Adamson, curate, Robert Dalton, of Thurnham, Thomas Westmore, Thomas Bradley, of Armeshead, Marmaduke Blackburn, Thomas Speed, and John Thompson, of Gressingham, are mentioned].
