Description

Short title: Brown v Beale.

Plaintiff(s): John Brown, clerk, vicar of Randby.

Defendant(s): John Beale.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage and tithes of Randby. Have the curates of Randby usually taken the tithes. Touching composition for tithes. [The names of Mr and Sir Thomas Skemedowne or Scamedowne, and William Thompson, vicars of Randby, and John Grisling, John Beale, and Mr Henneage, farmers of the parsonage, impropriate of Randby, are mentioned].

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 9 May 1608.
