Description

Short title: Singleton v Asburner.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Singleton, Isabel his wife, and William their son.

Defendant(s): Matthew Asburner.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage in Dragleybeck, parcel of the manor of Nevihall, and late in the tenure of Christopher Addison, deceased. Touching his last will and testament therein. Customs of manor. [The names of Isabel, Janet, and Anne Addison, daughters of Christopher, and William and Francis Asburner, of Dragleybeck, are mentioned].
