Description

Short title: Fishe v Smythe.

Plaintiff(s): William Fishe, William Finche.

Defendant(s): George Smythe, Helen Hunt.

Subject of depositions: Parcel of land near the town of Biggleswade, belonging to the manor of Biggleswade, of 14 acres, and another of two acres. Metes and bounds. Survey. [The names of Mr Violet, Edward Bray (possessions), Elizh. Piggott, and William Hunt, are mentioned].

County/place: Bedfordshire.

Date of commission: 9 May 1608.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 28 May 1608 at Wardaine.
