Description

Short title: Durning v Gurney.

Plaintiff(s): John Durning.

Defendant(s): Thomas Gurney.

Subject of depositions: Marriage of complainant with Anne, formerly wife of Richard Gurney, alderman of London. Touching deed between plaintiff and John Burnell and Thomas Newman. Sale by plaintiff of household goods (said to have belonged to Anne) in his house at St Michael's Lane, London, and at Stifford, in the country (? Essex). Survey. [The names of Sibell Stapleton, Edward Stapleton, and Israel Owen, are mentioned].

County/place: Warwickshire; Essex; Middlesex.
