Description

Short title: Blount v Towneley.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Edward Blount.

Defendant(s): John Towneley, Thomas Bullson, John Bennett, Thomas Heyward, Humfrey Brasier.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Bewdley, the court-house therein, and the borough of Bewdley. Touching the use of the court-house by the corporation, and by the president and council of the principality of Wales, and the rent paid to the Crown for the same. Customs of manor. Survey. [The names of waste grounds in the lordship, called Lynold, Goodmore, and Hedgwick, said to be parcel of Wyre Forest, and right of common therein, and Sir John Hubband, steward to the Earl of Leicester, lord of the manor, deceased, are mentioned].
