Short title: Attorney General v Budgen.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General.

Defendant(s): Giles Budgen otherwise Bondghen, yeoman, John Harrison, schoolmaster.

Subject of depositions: Execution of extents upon the goods and lands of Thomas Harvey in Bresingham, and assignment of the goods, to defendants. [The names of John Harvey, of London, draper, Thomazin Smith, Francis Harrison, and William Smith, are mentioned].
