Description

Short title: Bland v Beconsawe.

Plaintiff(s): George Bland and Edward Duffeild.

Defendant(s): Peter Beconsawe.

Subject of depositions: Execution of two warrants from the Lord Chamberlain Hunsdon, directed to Sir Thomas Knolles, to search for the recusants Jarrett and Garrett (seminary priests or Jesuits) in the house of Francis Parkins (a recusant) in Upton, and for the money for their maintenance, and defendant's claim to such money. [The names of Beconsaw, Richard Parkins, and Martin Tichborne, are mentioned].

County/place: Berkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1608.
