Description

Short title: Smith v Urlyn.

Plaintiff(s): William Smith.

Defendant(s): Walter Urlyn, Thomas Ashe, John Foard.

Subject of depositions: Mortgage, and bargain and sale between Thomas Urlyn, of Stoke Poges, and Henry Bell, of the Wick, in the parish of Eaton, of lands of Urlin, in the parishes of Stoke Poges, Drayton, Iver, Dawly, and Winckfield. Survey. [The names of Master Owtrede, of Eaton, Thomas Ashe, the elder, and the younger, Walter Urlyn, and lands of Sir Richd Ward, parcel of Newton's Lands, in Winckfield, paying rent to the castle of Windsor, are mentioned].

County/place: Buckinghamshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1608.
