Plaintiff(s): John Crofts.

Defendant(s): Thomas Penton, William Bodicott.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Tufton otherwise Tuckington, Whorwell, and Bullingdon, lately belonging to Thomas Lord Lawarre. Touching the copyhold of William Penton (defendant's father) in the manor of Whorwell. Customs of the manors. Survey. [The names of John Bechyn, copyholder of Tufton, William Thues, copyholder of Bullingdon, and Johan his wife, are mentioned].
