Short title: Ethrington v Brand.

Plaintiff(s): George Ethrington.

Defendant(s): Peter Brand, clerk.

Subject of depositions: Tithes of the rectory and vicarage of Atwick, and the manor of Skirlington, late of the priory of Bridlington. Demise by Queen Elizabeth, 30 May 30 Eliz, to Nicholas Oseley, of"Cliff Fields","Inge Close" land"West Fields" (within such manor), after the lease of Samuel Draxe. Assignment by Oseley of"Inge Close" to plaintiff Etherington. Survey.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 23 June 1607 and 26 November 1607.
