Short title: Billingsley v Skreene.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Henry Billingsley.

Defendant(s): Richard Skreene otherwise Scryne.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Syston. Touching a copyhold called "Avery's Tenement." Decree of Chancery, about 12 Eliz, adjudging the manor to Robert Wykes, against Richard Denys and Walter Denys. Customs of manor.Survey. [The names of Oliver, the Lord St John, Edward Bosden, Sir Christopher Hatton, late Lord Chancellor, Thomas Wykes, Sir Morrice Denys, Maurice Avery and Johan his wife, are mentioned].
