Description

Short title: Littleton v Low.

Plaintiff(s): Meriell Littleton, widow, Thomas Littleton.

Defendant(s): John Low.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Hales Owen; touching sinking of coal pits there, and fines upon tenants. Customs of manor. Survey. [The names of Roger and William Mucklow, Sir John Littleton, deceased, late lord of the manor, Thomas Bate, cause between Arthur Robsert, lord of Oldbury Manor, and George Parks, touching customs of Oldbury Manor, and Gilbert Littleton, lord of manor of Hales Owen, are mentioned].

County/place: Shropshire.
