Description

Short title: Countess of Cumberland v Wood.

Plaintiff(s): Margaret Countess of Cumberland.

Defendant(s): John Wood.

Subject of depositions: Grounds called "East Stockton Fields" and "Todehooles" in the manor of Harwood, extended for the recusancy of Albany Butler. Touching various leases of same, and sale of the manor to William Wentworth. Survey. [The names of Thomas Wood (defendant's father), Sir John Savile, kt, George Tyndall, Richard Heaton, - Southworth, James Rither, Ralph Conyston, and - Tomlinson, are mentioned].
