Description

Short title: King v Williams.

Plaintiff(s): The King.

Defendant(s): William Williams.

Subject of depositions: Tithes of the rectories and parsonages of Myvod, Poole, and Guilsfield, in the Bishopric of St Asaph, belonging to Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of Christchurch, Oxford, of Henry VIII. his foundation, and lease thereofby them to Humfrey Lloyd, and from Lloyd to Barbara his wife (now wife to defendant), and William Williams. Survey.

County/place: Montgomeryshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1607.
