Description

Short title: Drury v Parker.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Drury, kt.

Defendant(s): George Parker.

Subject of depositions: Farm called "Elemosyners Bearnes" without the Southgate in Bury St Edmund, late in the tenure of Anthony Payne, the late Queen's farmer thereof. Touching decay and alleged neglect thereof. Survey of disputes between same parties.

County/place: Suffolk.

Date of commission: 25 June 1607.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 29 July 1607 at Bury St Edmunds.
