Short title: Turpyn v Clappe.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Turpyn, John Kirridge, Robert Skinner, and others.

Defendant(s): Peter Clappe, William Kingeman, and others.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Ottery St Mary and Sidbury, and a waste or heath called "Broundon" and places in the heath called "Fisherne Park" and "Ottery Forches." Metes and bounds of manors.
