Short title: Lord Russell v Hatche.

Plaintiff(s): William Lord Russell, John Wytheall, Thomas Major.

Defendant(s): Lewis Hatche and Elizabeth his wife, John Martyn and Wilmot his wife.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Topsham. Were John Heydon and - Mychell joint farmers of same? Touching the value of a customary tenement lying in Weare, formerly in the tenure of Agnes Wytheall, widow, and now in that of John Wytheall her son,) in Michaelmas 15 Elizabeth Whether the same has been burnt and rebuilt? etc.
