Description

Short title: Hendley v Hill.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Hendley, John Weekes.

Defendant(s): Alexander Hill, John Tompson.

Subject of depositions: Tythe mills and Obridge Mills in Taunton and Tauntondeane. Tithes thereof. Are the tenants of Taunton Manor and the inhabitants of Taunton town bound to grind corn and do suit to such mills? Survey. Customs of manor.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 12 February 1607.
