Description

Short title: Lancaster v Stisson.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Lancaster, the elder, and John Lancaster, the younger.

Defendant(s): Cuthbert Stisson, Henry Fetherston, Matthew Balmer, and William Bristow.

Subject of depositions: Dacre Park and Castle, and grounds in the Park claimed by defendants and others, tenants of Dacre, Soulby, Newbiggin, and Stainton, as "haybounds and brackenbounde." Survey. Customs of manor. [The names of Leonard Dacre, William Lord Dacre, Edward Dacre, - Williams, - Wiseman, and the customs of Graystok Manor and Graystock Park, are mentioned].

County/place: Cumberland.

Date of commission: 9 July 1606.
