Description

Short title: Blaikston v Sanderson.

Plaintiff(s): Sir William Blaikston.

Defendant(s): Henry Sanderson.

Subject of depositions: Rents and profits of part of the two parts of Sir William's lands, forfeited for his recusancy and granted by the Crown to defendant; touching bond for £100 due by plaintiff to defendant for same lands, and said to have been evaded by him on death of late Queen.

County/place: Durham.

Date of commission: 9 July 1606.
